I tried this and my skin started getting itchy really fast, i can’t remember if it was within a few minutes or later that evening, but it felt soon after using it. Had to stop because my skin clearly wasn’t happy

I ordered from smileyhoney.com because my pain had been getting really annoying, especially at night when I was trying to settle down. The shipping was quicker than I expected, and everything arrived in good shape, even the packaging was neat and not banged up. After using it for a few days, I noticed my pain wasn’t as intense and I could actually relax a bit more before bed. It wasn’t some instant miracle, but it definitely helped me enough that I’d order it again.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but it actually did help a bit, if that makes sense. Happy with it overall.

I was trying to place an order on my phone, but the website felt clunky. Pages were slow to load, and a few times I had to tap buttons more than once before anything happened, which got annoying fast.

I don’t think I’m being dramatic here either, I genuinely felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get it sorted. Maybe other people had a smoother time, but for me it was stressful and not worth the effort. I wouldn’t order again after dealing with that.

So, yeah, I actually liked the consistency of this wax. It was smooth but, like, not too runny or messy, which made it easy to work with. It heated up without any trouble and spread really nicely, and it grabbed the hair well too. Overall, it just felt easy to use.

I got exactly what I ordered, and everything was right with no issues. It did take a little longer than expected, but overall I’m satisfied with the experience

My order showed up in this flimsy thin box with barely any padding, and one of the items had leaked everywhere. Everything inside felt sticky, which was really frustrating. I contacted them about it too, but the answers I got were all over the place—one person said one thing, then someone else told me something different. Not happy at all. They really need to pack orders better before shipping them out and get their support team on the same page...

They do have a decent amount of stuff to choose from, no question about it. But I was honestly 100% expecting more sizes and options in a few categories. It’s not bad at all, just feels like they’re missing some really obvious basics

I followed the directions and I’m confused?? It barely removed any hair, and my skin just felt sticky afterward. I ended up having to shave anyway, so it kind of felt like a waste of money for me. Maybe it works better for other people, but I didn’t have much luck with it

Just a heads up, this scent was not for me at all. It smelled really cheap and was way too overpowering, to the point where I couldn’t really ignore it. If you’re sensitive to strong fragrances, I’d definitely be cautious with this one
